A way to Fix Restlessness

sleepingMany people suffer from lack of sleep, they try various things to help them like a new mattress, Tylenol PM, or even a warm bath. If you are still struggling to get sleep after trying these or don’t want to be on a pill anymore, try exercising more to get the rest your body deserves.

Exercise can be the cure to a sleepless night according to researchers. The only trick is to know how to make use of it correctly. People who have researched when to exercise have said that it is best to exercise two times a day to get the best sleep possible.

Morning Exercise

When you wake up in the morning, your brain is generally foggy from sleep. Going out for a jog in the morning can help give you alertness and stimulate endorphins. Exercising in the morning can help improve you capability to work and remain focused. Another great way to fix your schedule is by exercising outdoors. The natural light will help tell your brain that you are up at the correct time.

Late Afternoon Exercise

Exercising again in the late afternoon has proven to help fix sleep problems as well. Researchers say that at night your body temperature will decrease; if you exercise at night, this will help your body’s natural progression. This will enable your body to get the proper amount of sleep it needs.

Patience is the Key!

Remembering to be patient can be a difficult thing to remember when you are going through a rough time. You wish your sleep could just fix in a day and be done with it. However, your sleep didn’t get messed up in one day, so it shouldn’t get fixed in one either. Keep in mind that it could take between 2 to 6 weeks before you start to notice any change with your sleep.
